POV: your barber never misses 🤌🏽 Clean skin fade, sharp line-up, every time. This is the standard - nothing leaves my chair unless I'd happily wear it out myself. You're only as good as your last cut, so I treat every single one like it's the one people will judge me on. Book in and feel the difference ✂️🔥

Tailor? What's that 😅 The work you put in at the gym shows up everywhere - posture, how your clothes sit, the way you carry yourself into a room. Discipline in one area always bleeds into the rest. Sort your training and you'll be surprised how much else falls into place. Put the reps in, the rest follows 💪🏽

Brotherhood is built on loyalty, respect and appreciation 🤝 Men should normalise showing love to the people who hold them down. The barbershop has always been more than haircuts - it's one of the only places lads actually open up. Someone sits in the chair after a rough week and by the time they leave they've offloaded, had a laugh and walked out standing a bit taller. I don't take that for granted. Over the years I've watched young lads grow up in this chair, seen people through breakups, new jobs, becoming dads, losing people. The cut is almost the excuse - the real thing is the conversation and being checked on. So this is your reminder: ring the mate you haven't spoken to in a bit. Ask the quiet one if he's actually alright, and mean it. Show up for the people who show up for you. We're all stronger when we look out for each other 🖤 #brotherhood

Peace of mind is the most underrated success you can achieve 🧘🏽‍♂️ You can have everything and still feel empty if your head's not right. Protect your peace, cut out the noise, and keep people around you who add to your life, not take from it ☕

What I eat in a day as a barber who trains every day 🍳 Over 3,800 clean calories and every one earns its place. I'm on my feet from the first client to the last, then straight to the gym, so if the fuel's wrong the whole day falls apart - energy dips, focus goes, and you can't give someone a sharp fade running on fumes. Breakfast is eggs, oats and fruit. Through the day it's chicken or steak with rice and plenty of veg, and I'll always have a shake and some fruit between clients so I never crash. Post-workout is protein and carbs to recover, then a proper dinner - salmon or steak, sweet potato, greens. I prep most of it the night before, because willpower is unreliable but a packed fridge isn't 💪🏽 People think discipline is the gym. It's not - it's the boring stuff nobody claps for. The meals, the early nights, the prep. Get that right and everything else gets easier 🥩

The little eyes around you become the future 👶🏽 Lead by example and they'll follow. Every young lad in my chair is watching how a man carries himself - how he talks, how he treats people, whether he keeps his word. I never forget that responsibility.
