Polished by Paige is a home-studio nail and lash artist covering South Manchester. I am fully qualified and insured, and I keep things small and personal - one client at a time, no production line. BIAB and builder gel are my bread and butter, plus the nail art you actually save to your camera roll, and natural-looking lash sets. Hygiene is non-negotiable: fresh files, sealed tools, proper aftercare every time. Appointments only, evenings and weekends available. The exact set I get asked for most - a clean BIAB base in a milky neutral with one coral accent nail for summer. Strong, natural-looking and kind to your own nails underneath. Booking two to three weeks ahead, slots go quick.
Hand-painted, no stickers. These little florals take time but they are worth it for a special occasion. Send me your inspo pics and I will tell you honestly what works on your nail length.
A soft pearl chrome over a nude base - catches the light without being too much. Chrome is having a moment and this is the wearable version. Save it for your next appointment.
If you want length but your natural nails are weak, builder gel is your friend - it adds strength and grows out far kinder than acrylic. We talk through what actually suits your nails at every appointment.
Not just nails - I do classic and light hybrid lash sets that look like your own, just better. Perfect if you want to skip mascara for a few weeks. Patch test first, always.
Fresh file every client, tools sealed and sterilised, station wiped down in front of you. It is the bit nobody posts but it matters most. Your nails should look good and be safe.

Cuticle oil daily, gloves for the washing up, and please do not use them as tools. Look after them and a good BIAB set will see you three to four weeks easily. Aftercare card comes with every appointment.
A thin micro-French on a short natural nail - timeless and goes with everything. Proof you do not need a full colour change to feel put together.
