Answers to the things people ask us most. Can't find it here? Email hello@seasea.io - a real person (Mick) reads every one.

Your page

What is seasea?

seasea is one shareable page for your business - your work, your prices, your contact details, your latest updates - at a link you own (seasea.io/s/your-page). You share the link on TikTok, Instagram, a QR poster, wherever, and the people who see your work can find, trust and book you from one place.

It is not a directory. We don't list you anywhere or send you random enquiries - your page is yours to share.

Who can see my page?

Anyone with the link - it is designed to be shared. Search engines can find it too, which helps people looking for you. We do not list you in any public directory or browse page.

If your subscription lapses, your page goes private (hidden from visitors) until you subscribe again - nothing is deleted.

How do bookings work?

A customer taps 'Request a booking' on your page and leaves their name, number and what they're after. You get an email (with a WhatsApp link) and reply to them directly - seasea just passes on the first message. There are no slots or payments in seasea; you arrange the details your usual way.

Billing and your account

How much is it?

14 days free, no card needed to start. After that it's £19.99 a month, or £179.91 a year (12 months for the price of 9) - both include VAT. You add a card only when you decide to continue.

How do I cancel?

Any time, yourself: dashboard -> Account -> Billing -> manage subscription (Stripe's portal). No lock-in. Your page stays live until the end of the period you've paid for, then goes private. Nothing is deleted - come back whenever and it all returns as you left it.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, one click: Account -> Export gives you a copy of your account and page data. Deletion is also self-serve (Account -> delete), and it cancels your billing first so you're never charged after leaving.

Your data and security

Where is my data?

In the UK. Our database and files are hosted in London (Supabase, eu-west-2) and the app runs on Vercel in London. Card details never touch our servers - they go straight to Stripe.

Is it secure? What if you get hacked?

Passwords are never stored in a readable form (industry-standard hashing via our auth provider), we don't hold card numbers at all, and every table in our database is locked down with row-level security.

If a data breach ever did affect you, we have a response plan: we contain it, tell the ICO within 72 hours where the law requires, and notify affected people promptly.

Is it backed up?

Yes - the database is backed up daily. You can also export your own data any time from Account -> Export, so your content is always retrievable.

Who else handles my data?

Only the services that run seasea (hosting, database, payments, email, analytics), each under their own data-processing terms. The full list is on our privacy page. We never sell your data.

Still stuck?

Email hello@seasea.io and Mick will sort it. You can also read the full privacy policy or terms.
