All visitors: essential session cookies and first-party usage events (for example profile views). No advertising cookies and no third-party ad trackers.
To show profiles and listings, to send transactional email (magic links, confirmations), to process subscriptions when billing is enabled, and to understand how the platform is used. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
We use the following sub-processors. Each receives only the data needed for its role and is contractually bound to act on our instructions:
Vercel (global edge) — hosts the seasea web application and serverless functions.
Supabase (EU, London) — Postgres database, authentication, and file storage for photos and media.
Brevo (France) — transactional email delivery. Receives your email address and message content.
Stripe (when billing is live) — payment processing for agent and branch subscriptions.
Cloudflare (global edge) — DNS, TLS, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may briefly process IP addresses and request metadata.
We process personal data on the lawful basis of legitimate interest (operating the platform) and contract (delivering the SaaS service you signed up to). We process in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time.
We retain your data while your account is active. Request deletion by emailing hello@seasea.io — processed within 30 days. Some records (audit logs, transactional email receipts) may be retained for up to 12 months for security and compliance after deletion.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal data. Email hello@seasea.iowith the subject line "Subject access request". We will respond within one calendar month.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie preference. See the banner on first visit. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

A UK SaaS platform that hosts each agent's professional webpage. seasea is a hosting service for agent-generated content — we are not a property portal in the legal sense and not a party to any letting, sale, or commercial arrangement. We do not vet, verify, or guarantee any listing, claim, or representation made by an agent on their page.
Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and currency of any listing or content they publish on seasea — including price, tenure, EPC, fees, availability, photographs, and material information required under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and any other applicable law.
When you post content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and process it to operate the platform. You remain the owner. You confirm your content does not infringe anyone's rights.
We may remove any content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it breaches these terms, the law, or threatens platform integrity.
If you believe content on seasea is unlawful or breaches these terms, email hello@seasea.iowith the subject line "Takedown request", the full URL, and your contact details. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days.
You agree to indemnify and hold seasea and its operators harmless from any claim arising from content you post, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the laws of England and Wales — including the Defamation Act 2013, consumer protection rules for property advertising, and any rules of professional bodies you belong to.
Spam, harass, or repeatedly contact users without consent. Post false or misleading content. Misrepresent a property's price, tenure, condition, or availability. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
We make no guarantee of uptime. We may change or shut down the platform at any time. We are not liable for losses from unavailability.
Email hello@seasea.io to delete your account. Requests processed within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy section above for retention details.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
